Mr. Yu Shining visited the Embassy of Uganda

 On the morning of August 5th, Mr. Yu Shining, the Director of International Liaison Department of our foundation, visited the embassy of Uganda, and received warm reception from Mr. Henry Mayega,  the minister of the embassy.

   Mr. Yu Shining expressed the thanks to Mr. Henry ‘s warm reception. He introduced the function and scope of business of our foundation, and expressed the desire to develop a longstanding friendly relationship with the embassy of Uganda. According to our knowledge, enterprises of Uganda would like to develop extensive partnership with Chinese enterprises in terms of infrastructure and fishing. We would like to have a better knowledge of the development of Ugandan industries so as to collect more needs from Ugandan enterprises and try our best to offer help by contacting with Chinese enterprises. At the same time, as the economy has developed rapidly in Uganda recently, which have attracted many Chinese enterprises to visit or invest in Uganda, our foundation is also going to organize Chinese delegations to go on business trips to Uganda. We are busy prepared it and hope the embassy of Uganda will support us to the fullest.

   Mr. Henry Mayega showed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to our visit. He said that China and African countries have been good friends sine ancient times. China has assisted many African countries including Uganda and has made great contributions to their development . Uganda has a comfortable climate and rich resources. Trade, investment and tourism are three major industries. They would like to develop extensive cooperation with China on these three aspects. Apart from these, they also want to cooperate with Chinese enterprises in terms of mining and agriculture. Mr. Henry expressed warm welcome to the Chinese delegations we are about to send to Uganda. He also mentioned that he could help contact with senior government officials for our delegation as he will go on a business trip to Uganda between August and September in order to accelerate the effective communication between China and Uganda. He also mentioned that there will be a comprehensive fair of different fields in Uganda during the first week of October, they are very welcome Chinese enterprises to take part in it.

    The talk ended in a pleasant atmosphere. This meeting successfully strengthened the friendly between the embassy of Uganda and our foundation, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of China-Uganda economic and trade cooperation.
